Best Practices for LIFE

There are some best practices for life I have written for myself. I am guilty of not following all of these practices, however, I keep going through this list from time to time and making sure I am conscious of it and do follow most of these practices:
Wake up before Sunrise
Don’t skip breakfast
Exercise 20 mins to one hour everyday
Drink 2 glasses of water 5 times a day
Get off the internet
Walk briskly for 30 mins
Avoid Junk Food
Get 6-8 hours of sleep at night
Procrastinate Procrastination
Ditch the elevator
Drink a cup of green tea
Laugh out loud for 10 mins
Meditate 5 mins every day
Breathe in deep for 10 mins.
Take a barefoot stroll on Grass
Give sugar a pass
Call up an old friend
