Best Practices for LIFE

There are some best practices for life I have written for myself. I am guilty of not following all of these practices, however, I keep going through this list from time to time and making sure I am conscious of it and do follow most of these practices:


  • Wake up before Sunrise

  • Don’t skip breakfast

  • Exercise 20 mins to one hour everyday

  • Drink 2 glasses of water 5 times a day

  • Get off the internet

  • Walk briskly for 30 mins

  • Avoid Junk Food

  • Get 6-8 hours of sleep at night

  • Procrastinate Procrastination

  • Ditch the elevator

  • Drink a cup of green tea

  • Laugh out loud for 10 mins

  • Meditate 5 mins every day

  • Breathe in deep for 10 mins.

  • Take a barefoot stroll on Grass

  • Give sugar a pass

  • Call up an old friend
