Constructive Criticism
We have all heard a lot about constructive criticism. Most of us know what it means, and we understand why it is important. But here’s the thing: knowing it and practising it are two very different things. We still struggle to give feedback in a way that helps the other person improve without making them feel attacked, judged, or defensive. So today, let’s practise it. Before You Give the Feedback First, ask for permission. You can simply say: Can I share a piece of feedback
